Hello Wido! Thank you for your kind comment ojn my video! It was very nice to meet you and your wife yesterday at the Sandhill Cranes. Did some of your images turn out good? Despite the very long distance from the birds from me and the terrible atmospheric heat shimmer (because of the distance) I was able to some useable video video clips. I often hear pied-billed grebes calling in a pond near my house, but they're always far away at the opposite side of the pond. So it's great to see some footage of them up close, especially while they're making that weird call of theirs.

There were 2 of them in Terrebonne,Qc for at least 6-7 weeks through summer. Then only one stayed for maybe 2 more weeks. Now they’re all gone. They are really beautiful with sun lights . You really had a good capture of the bird. Thank you for sharing
