I 100% agree. Can’t believe how many Deere guys got upset just because he said it like it was.. for how expensive the Deere is.. the seat SUCKS, the springs SUCK, the loader valve is “eh” the JDQA is annoying when your use to just flipping 2 levers (and JD can totally change this if they wanted but refuse to cuz of “pride” just like he stated. The hood design is much better on Kubota not to mention on the new deeres you gotta use a damn key to pop the hood.. lets make a key to open the hood but leave the fuel tank unlocked which is much more likely of a place someone is gonna tamper with your tractor. The HST is only high and low.. which I must say on our 2038r isn’t bad.. but the low low of the Kubota is a nice touch for added torque. Idk what everyone is so mad about. I guess cuz he couldn’t find one thing better lol. Oh and the cruise control.. I HATE that electronic button.. it’s so annoying and when you need to turn it off in a hurry you’re always hitting the PTO switch instead which drives me nuts! It is also extremely hard to get it set to a given speed cuz once you press the button and let off the HST the tractor will slow down some so you have to over compensate with what speed you want. Also for those who say the twin touch pedals are so much better.. once you get use to Kubota pedals it’s actually nicer.. it’s less strain on your leg muscles because your working 2 different leg muscles instead of just one.. that’s why they do it is for fatigue .. and at least Kubota has a dang GREASE fitting on the HST pedal! Our 2038R is always seizing and squeaking and needs to be shot with WD40 once a month!

Oh and pS. the 2038r we have will absolutely drive you nuts with out ear protection.. especially when it’s cold it knocks SO bad. So he wasn’t wrong there either.. the yanmar is a great engine but it’s known for being loud and obnoxious.. also always has less torque than a Kubota diesel HP to HP

@@BiffsEquipment I was specifically in the market for either a 3520 or 2032R and this video sealed the deal in kubotas favor for me, the loader valve being the single biggest thing I liked better. Ended up getting a LX4020 because the dealer made a mistake on inventory. Told me they had a 3520 and ended up they didnt, so offered 4020 for only 1k more!

@@nikstahley2333 wow nice man! An LX4020 is a great tractor and you got a smoking deal by the sounds of it. I always wanted an LX series myself. Some day I’ll upgrade from my Kubota BX for home use. At work we own a jd 2038r which is why I had to give my input here about my thoughts about it.. but we also have a brand new Kubota M70 that we just bought as I liked it better than the JD 5 series when trading in our old 70hp tractor. Best of luck with your new machine! Kubota puts extreme attention to the detail, fit and finish of their tractors and they truely are built to last. My little Kubota BX I have abused to no end for over 1,000 hours and it’s yet to even leak a drop of oil. Such tanks!

Go with the B series. Can mount a mower deck underneath it, has all the options for bells and whistles with cab and auxiliary functions, more power than the bx series, and it will fit in your garage.

Nope, a 3e is about the size of a 2032R, but with less lift capacity and economy features. Its Kubota counterpart is an L2501. A 3d would match an L DT. A 3R is the next size up, might be close to a Kubota grand L.
