Yeah, if its happening everytime you start your pc you have 3 option: 1. Reinstall your windows because its a stupid malware that i got from downloading MC luncher. 2. Wait 10-20mins and hope it shows up. 3.i forgot :p

This ploblem can be fixed quick Ctrl + alt + del > task manager > file >start a new task then type "explorer.exe"

Yes, just force restart the computer, windows; hold shut down button for 10 sec, Mac; same thing but with the circle thing

The framerate might actually not be 60 fps. The video itself was recorded in 60 fps, but I think I was getting 20-40 fps. However in some parts of the video the gameplay is smoother and about 60 fps.
