I used bandages on him as well as those red lanterns that drop it heals him as well

The demonic essence just wont heal anymore in solo play. I never get it past 5% or so.

Draught of Souls trinket from Guldan, and some kind of teleport back in time like mages have check at 2:55

People who are trying to figure out what's going on here is that he is rotating between using the bubble and the PvP insignia trinket to break the sleep. He's not using them immediately so that he can mitigate the debuff stacks optimally. That being said he is getting lucky with the mine placement whilst he is asleep. He's also using the talent Holy shield so that he is doing thorn damage on block which will help do DPS whilst he's asleep, and using the Unbreakable Spirt talent to reduce bubble cooldown. Honestly this boss is a pain in the ass, and is very luck based. Main thing first is the dps check needed to get through the first phase. Though it is possible - My recommendation is to create a small group using the legacy raid finder rather than attempt this rage -inducing ordeal. Good luck if you do try!

He used spellwarding to get rid of the parasite debuff. Pretty easy boss now with nyalotha gear for all classes with magic immunities, just immune the first debuff and kill him before he casts parasites again. Turtle doesnt work unfortunately because it counts as a reflect, but hunters can still kill this boss as long as they have enough dps to just burst down illidan before parasites overwhelm you (~465 ilv needed, maybe less with good corruptions)

There is a trinket from Timeless Isle that gives you the charge ability. It looks like he is using that. Escaping the second knockback by dpsing him into the next phase..

hes using the Yaungol Wind Chime, i think u can also use Ordon Death Chime, and hes also using the Draught of Souls trinket
