Entry for increase in stock is wrong, how can you credit stock acc? It will decrease not increase. Correct Entry should be stock/purchases to cash/creditors (according to situation)

Mam I have one doubt that with the increase in output our Total Cost increases , and eventually Average Cost also increases. So , if our AC increases with increase in output at obe time then how can we say that with increase in output there is reductuon in cost per unit of production (ECONOMIES OF SCALE)?

As the output increases there is reduction in cost . Example: when you produce one unit the cost per unit will be more coz of fc and vc but if you produce more and more units then fc remains constant and vc increases with increase in output
