Hi, I apologize for the late reply. Well, the price varies depending on what you are after... for the 3 days we were there. We had day 1 dinner catered, day 2 lunch & dinner and day 3 lunch & dinner catered. All in total came to $5,400. We cooked our own breakfast so that wasn't part of SMDA. But if you msg them on FB I know they'll be able to give you more information on the different types of plates or buffet 😊 I hope that kind of helped x

With your question regarding the projector & mic, sorry those were all borrowed from my family members that live in Samoa. I was lucky because it was hard trying to find out who hires out mics, speakers and projectors from here in NZ. I guess you just gotta ask around and see if anyone knows anyone with it aye x.
