Here from Traveling w/Tinkerbell! Love Grand Cayman! Have not been there in a bit though so we are due for another visit! Had a blast with snorkeling with stingrays once and a private boating/snorkeling with Captain Crosby!

You don’t have to call carnival to get that room. It’s available just the same as all other rooms

I was told by the Carnival rep that I spoke to that this room could not be reserved online and that you had to speak to someone to get it as it is handicap accessible.

I searched this exact room number on google and it brought me here, so the longer balcony and bathroom location is the main difference in this balcony room on the corner of the ship?

yes, the layout was different but I liked it. It seemed to have more room. Lots of storage space between the door and the closets, too. The balcony is longer than your normal balcony. And it had an extra window.

At the end of the pier heading to town did you notice if there was a place where you could go down there and swim? I was just curious it’s such a beautiful beach right there by the ship ty

If you go across the bridge and walk just a little bit farther there is a shuttle that will take you to the straw market/beach. The beach we saw was across the street and you had to walk up a small hill/road to get to it. It was beautiful. I have one pic of it in the video. I agree, it would be nice to be able to use that beach right there at the bridge!!
