Hey there, what shoes do you speed skaters wear when engaging in high-impact plyometric workouts that involve a lot of jumping? I need a pair myself, preferably with a wide toe box and zero drop but still with some cushion. Also looking to implement these slideboard workouts to my schedule to make me more technically savvy: do you have a good slideboard to recommend? First things first though: the shoes. If you can let me have some suggestions. Thanks.

I personally use tennis or other indoor sports shoes. Exactly bc of f the reasons you pointed out. Some CrossFit shoes also offer these features.

Please don't use WD-40 for metal parts (it's only for cleaning). Ultimately, it would help if you used WD40 white lithium grease spray (for example) as a lube, it's also cheap and simple to use. Don't forget - "how to clean" it's not "how to clean and lube"

You don’t need all that the only thin you need is WD 40 silicone just put it in a little cup ha way full off oil shake it very well and repeat it again and to you see it clear oil

Give it some time! Best practice is more skating and you’ll get stronger over time!
