Always loved this and it’s never been more true. That 2010 free agency move to this day is still cowardly as fuck. Difference between driving for greatness … and being … legendary. MJ > LBJ. All day, everyday, and twice on Sunday

This 13 year old video is so horrendously relevant to what's going on right now in the NBA. A bunch of brats making excuses who don't want to work. The game is being destroyed and lebron is in charge of the demolition.

People who weren’t around when Jordan was playing just DON’T KNOW. He was next level. Y’all young things that admire the combinations of artistry, game IQ and athleticism of today’s biggest players don’t know that MJ was the blueprint for that shit. He was the first of his kind and the BEST. Hands down. We’d never seen anything like him. Not then. Not since.

No MJ, LeBORN ruined the game. He bounced around from team to team just to make money and sellout Cleveland. Then everyone grows beards and shoots 3 pointers from 35 feet away! Kobe was the last one to take on your legacy and the Illuminati killed him.

The most incredible part about that Jordan commercial is that it seems like it was literally made to respond to Lebron at the time. Keep in mind he had just declared after joining the Heat that “it was gonna be easy” and much was being made of his raw athleticism. Those two points in particular get called out by MJ

It is “God given Talent” along with working WITH that “God Given Talent”. It’s not “just” working hard. I know a lot of athletes that work hard but are not 6’6” to 6’9” tall, not genetically gifted. Do not boast that “you” did everything. God gave you everything! The only reason you are breathing is because God allows it.

This mashup is phenomenal. There are so many ways to interpret this edit. I like to view it as MJ speaking to and encouraging Lebron to be better. I’d love to know if there was specific intention behind this. The message is unclear and that’s what makes it so great.

I'm so glad that I'm old enough to have seen the Michael Jordan before the other God's retired. He only won after those guys had their multiple chsmpionships, passed their primes, and we're on their way out of the league. The original (MJ) 5 rings, Larry Bird 3 rings, Isaiah Thomas 2 rings, Jabar 6 rings, Dr. J ABA & NBA 4 or 5 rings, before michael got his! When these guys were collecting; Michael Jordon was the original wheeling ball hog on his team's. So much so, that he'd score 63 points, and his team's would still loose. Early Michael could win nothing while those before mentioned guys were in their prime. Give Scotty Pippen his just do. Because until he arrived, The new NBA Poster Child (Michael Jordon) led his team's to absolutely nothing!! Facts!!😲😲😲
