Hi, I've got a question. For the next round if I wanted to do a larger one how many stitches will i need in one loop and how many double/triple crochet do I need? And also if I wanted to switch colours how do I do that?

Thank you you very good at this teaching. However im doing the cat stitch on the bottom of my skirt and its upside down… any suggestions or videos on doing it as a border bottom? 😂 its so cute… if not i guess it can be my hang in there kitty cat skirt… 😂 thanks again. From near Sydney Australia

@@kayakgirlcentralcoast3721 lol Ty - and the way the pattern works I guess the cat would have to be upside down. The only thing you could do is crochet a separate piece and then sew it on the bottom so that the kitties were facing up. Does that make sense?

Hey Donna. I know this tutorial says 5 yrs ago but I just found your channel. Have you ever done a complete blankey with the mosaic stitch ????? I've tried a couple but the sides want to kinda droop inward. Could you please give me some suggestions on how to work them. I'm making the triple with a longer stitch, but doesn't help. I'm not smart enough on phone to send you a picture of it so you'll understand what I mean. Thank you and I absolutely love the green colored square. I just subscribed to your channel so I can follow you. 😊❤🧶💐🌹🧶

@@lynnjaynes3452 hi - I think I know what you mean. And I think it’s happening because it’s a heavy granny square. I did not make a blanket out of this. I only did the tutorial however I would suggest doing an extra row of single crochet around the square to give it stability or just simply add a tight border when done with blanket. You could also block the squares. Hope this helps.

@@CustomComfyCrochetByDawnMarie I said purl (misspelled on my part) stitch…not curl stitch. That is the Tunisian stitch you look like you are doing. @@ronnaalthoff9175 this is a pattern on its own. I guess you could start any project with this stitch and continue on with something different but I’m not sure it would keep it from curling.

I had 54 sc not 57. So next row did 3sc instead of 4sc. Worked out perfect for my squares as had 15 stitches between corners. Next round added 2sc 2ch 2sc each cnr and ended up same as my other squares with 19 stitches between cnrs. Last round hdc - perfect size👏tx for the pattern. Lovely.
