Thanks so much for sharing this. I admit I’m a serious doubter about rolling forecasts per se. But I recognize a lot of the devil is in the details of what level of what work gets done in supporting the business with a method to guide decisions. Less important is what that work is called.

I like the message "Less is more", far too often the key data visualisation tools sell themselves on the ability to create works of art. But without interpretation the output is worthless
