Oct can do well with some of vik cards - the recoil and life steal mainly and probably a skin that gives her a better scope. Her leap is so clunky half the time it does not work.

i calculate it u should have 40% reset at least on low hp champion and 35% at least on mid hp champions to be worth it, sometimes u be low but not enough low to get the 30% reset , that's why I go with 45% reset at lvl 3 on tiber cassie sha etc

rei is such a stupid ass champion design. im so close to uninstalling this game cause theres too much auto/aim bot value in the majority of champion designs. so much value at the skill floor. you could have 1 brain cell and play most of the champions in this game and get value. so annoying that i actually have to 'play the game' on my mains to acquire value rather than tesla auto pilot bullshit abilities and m1 spam
