you would need an electronic coin mechanism and be able to supply 24v to the coin mech. If 24v is not currently available, you would need a transformer. Give the sales Dept. and they can help you out. 1-800-233-3873

I’m having trouble when 2 bays are on at the same time what could it be? Product and air go to 0 when 2 bays or more are on at the same time

Only on one LP system or all LP systems? How many bays total, is this only happening when 1 specific bay is coming on with another bay or it doesn’t matter just 2 total bays in general? Sounds like an air constriction of some sort but with out further detail of scenario I cannot diagnose.

@ I have a air logic triple foam 5 bay system if a bay is using it it takes about 10 seconds to capture of product and air then it’ll work perfect but once more than one bay is on which ever bays the the air and product gauges go to zero

After talking to a few techs without them actually seeing it. They said its more than likely a air volume supply problem. There may be a hole in one of the lines or it pinched off or something like that. Unfortunately its something that requires some troubleshooting to find the problem, so I cant just give you a straight answer as to what the fix would be.

@ for sure, so I changed the air lines on the bays but it is still doing it I was thinking of now changing the air and supply gauges to see if that can be the problem

It could be a number of reasons. Most likely the sensor is bad and will need repaired or replaced.

It is possible a diaphragm kit will fix the issue. However, when this happens we usually replace the pump

What if you have no hole for the flat head to go into? Mine is just flush on top

If there is no place to get a flathead in than you can grab the base of the shaft or the knurled base with pliers lightly to turn it out. These typically come apart very easily

As of 8/2024. Pressure sensor kit is $399.00 per high pressure pump plus $9.00 per kit per month monitoring fee. And bill changer out of service sensor kit is $199.00 Plus $8.00 monthly monitoring fee! Can you tell me, is this correct? I have a pretty nice 7 bay self serve carwash and even before the on slot of $30.00 per month wash all you want automatics, there was no way I would/could pay for this kind of system. A new high pressure 310/340 cat pump is $711.00. In the 24 years I have been in business I've only lost 2 pumps due to frozen tips. And my change machine has only been down a couple of times due to out of service (that was before I figured out how to prevent stringing). The most calls I have had in a single month about equipment problems is 4. And that is a worst case scenario, it is usually more like 2 calls every 4 or 5 months. And it's almost always because of a stuck coin due to people using coins that have been in their cup holder and are covered in sticky gunk. If I have a bay down for an entire day even if it's on my best day I wouldn't loose enough money to justify the fees for this system. This system for pressure sensors and out of service sensor will run $71.00 per month for monitoring fees, plus I would have to get an internet connection which is around $100.00 per month. So $171.00 per month just in fees. I can buy a new pump every 4 months for what it will cost in monthly fees. I can repump the entire carwash every 28 months. And that isn't even considering the $2992.00 initial cost for the sensor kits. Plus $100 each for the ubiquity access points. For me, this is just not justifiable.

We are using the Flojets for Tire Shine. Air is on for 1.5 seconds. 30 psi. The liquid continues to flow long after the air shuts off, out onto the brushes. Any ideas as to why?

here is the reply I received. Hope it helps. Gravity. Once the line is charge at 30psi it’s pushing product at that rate, once the air shuts off the line is still full of product so it still flows freely just not being pushed at 30 psi. So brushes being fed from above means the products will flow with gravity out of the brush even though it is not being pushed .
