Your remixes are fucking amazing. If that isn't weird to ask, do you still have the original files? I've long wished I could give your stuff a proper place in my music library; lossless, well tagged, and all that. I assume a "proper" release would be too difficult because copyright issues, but even just dumping all the files somewhere would be great :)

Hey, thank you ☺️ Theoretically they should still exist somewhere. Though I gotta dissapoint you, sorry. They must be scattered across multiple old PC's, which would be too big of a hassle for me right now to get them up and running or ripping out the hard drives. I'll keep it in the back of my mind if I ever tidy up all my old stuff.

thank you so much ♥ I definitely made mistakes.... I was young and didn't see that gaining subscribers was worth it to build off of that. I wanted more and was selfish/greedy. I tried getting songs released officially but it didn't worked out. Instead of saying "well ok I'm gonna continue to make music for the people who actually enjoy my music", I buried my head in the sand.

@@TheRealMawks It's on the horizon. Releasing music so it lands on streaming services got easier and extremely cheap these days. So there will be new stuff in the future. I never stopped making music, I just didn't upload anything. Though the hole backlog I have still needs some work as I just did the music for myself, so it's not well mixed and most songs still need intro's and stuff... It's also a lot of different genres.... Thanks for the motivating words.. I really appreciate it. TLDR I'm gonna release new music this year.

Hi Magi, unfortunately no, since I just used the original song to layer it on top, I never had the permission to do so in the first place. The video got copyright claimed a very long time ago but not deleted, so whoever owns the rights of the Eurythmics song seems to be fine with it that my remix exists. If you want to use it for a video, I have no problem with that but for the reasons above the video most likely will be claimed at some point so if you want to monetize it, you can't keep the revenue, it will go to the original rights holder.

Hey Conrox, I gotta tell you my little brother grew up to a point that I can share some of my favorite musics with him. Soon, he'll be an adult (17) and to help him fight adulthood I made him discover this wonderful music of yours and it just felt like I passed my legacy to the younger generation. It was a mix of pride and melancholy, man how time flies. I was about his age when I came up with your remix and as you could guess, I still love it. During a whole decade it made me dance and put joy in my existence so many times, I could never be thankful enough. Hope you're doing well dude, big up
