1:31:06 i would say less revice and more W, W had the CGI Revolgarry while still having their main Bike the Hardboilder, or Kuuga with his Bike Trychaser 2000 and the bigger version of the Gouram, Gavv is doing the same with the giant ATV Vrocan and normal bike version, Remember that Revice literally never used a bike period, only CGI vehicles

1:17:10 I Disagree, both Geats and Gavv Premier Episodes are equal, Geats was a masterpiece due to the absolute subversion it gave, they packed everything needed for a starter of this new take of a Reiwa Rider and managed to be fascinating and mysterious for long consistency, that we havent had in ages (although its just Ryuki 2, and eventually becomes Gaim 2 with elements of typical takahashi, a bit too blatantly nor as great, but still overall good) Gavv meanwhile, did the exact same thing but alternate, im surprised you said you "dont" think it subserved audience because community/casual talk say otherwise, simply due to motif/design/theme, we are back to Fourze/Gaim/Ex aid tiers of "completely different kamen riders who are weird and cheesy but carry deep and heavy messaging", meanwhile Gavv at the same time, brings back classic traditional rider tropes we havent seen since Build, the ideals of being a Heroic Monster and how that by itself is Haunting and Traumatic, Reiwa didnt do this what so ever including Geats, they use certian classic rider motifs but nothing of being monster/inhuman (you can debate that Aces "God of Destruction" was this, but it was too rushed and not explored, same for Keiwas heel turn, made sense but was too unexplored and forecoming, the final arc in general is rough) besides *a hard maybe* to Revice, Gavv is the hardest we've seen of a "Modern Classic" in literal ages, that NOBODY saw coming, and personally Gavvs Premier beats Geats for me for this

All of this are beautiful. Def could’ve said this with much more tact. See being Autistic means slip of tongue or misused word to mouth train of thought sort of thing. So forgive me if I was saying words that didn’t line up. Been streaming for 5 years and it still plagues me. Yeah Gavv overall is a good 1st episode. For me it’s really much bias of how Geats 1st episode performed and also Geats is my fav rider for his swag. Where my line of logic came from about subserved is riders are introduced and villains are introduced like right off the bat. To me the few premiers that have the opposite are W, Geats, (can’t remember others atm lol) that offer the mystery the not spoon fed of info. Hope that makes sense. Awesome comment btw!

@@SokaBlaze Basically, you suck. like at FG’s. You can keep a pressure going almost forever in ggst. If you get tripped because you can’t dial a combo and reverse beat, overall your bad. High level pressure in most anime fgs is structured almost identically to what ggst forces you to start at. Its a good thing because in those dial a combo games, the average player very very rarely even realizes the optimal flow. Ggst forces you to do it right or have literally no pressure. the real reason dates even back to MVC2. Long elongated supers like Hyper Viper Beam or Trigger Happy, you're encouraged to mash the L,M,H buttons to max out damage and make your combo count HUGE!

I totally feel like this is the vibe for hxh. Ive watched the show like 5 million times and this definitely captured the essence of the show. Its action packed and full of incredible moments, but theres also slow parts that tie everything together which was also featured in the song. Cant wait for this game! Looks fun.

I 100% respect that statement. HxH def a show of not just action bits but also moving turning points of deep insight. Me as a fighting game fan, I grew up where FGs had blood pumping songs to conveys FGs cuz that’s what I feel Fighting games are imo. I played a ton of FGs and there are some with slow and chill tracks like GBVS and that’s fine. But, I always prefer hype ost to motivate your lab session for example in a fighting game.

the punisher beat'em up game is very rare. that's why they put that as a cherry on top and you'd be surprised how many said this was a great surprise to even have that game in this collection cause not even arcade hubs have that game often. it's either you play it emulator or find a arcade cab that has it or have sega genesis. yes i have a copy of it on the sega but to be original arcade version of the game? very rare. so this was quite big cause of max's "hashtagfreemarvel2" deal must have had a role to play in this, or maybe this was set to happen already when disney change their tune for gaming and now being easy about it.

The last part I think it’s a mix of both. Well yeah Max’s involvement but I think 25%, 75% be on Disney, at least for the Punisher. I still think Punisher is an oddball considering it doesn’t line up to the theme of the collection, but yeah it’s a rare gem that should be preserved.
