@@lnicolus Sorry I made you wait. I'm not sure if this English translation is correct. I translated it so that I could understand the meaning. First, The song title "Defune" by Defune Ondo is It means the departure of a fishing boat. Then, the lyrics are from the following. --------------------------------------------------------- Departure of fishing boat Ondo. ----------------------------------------------- It's early morning when the fishing boat departs. At the captain's signal, Oar's movements will be aligned. Young I get over the waves of the sea. That's right, that spirit. Come on! The sun will rise. Dancing seagulls are friends when the fishing boat departs. We grew up in rough seas. That's right, that spirit. Come on! There is a morning mist. Leave the ship to oar. Oar is left to the captain. Let's go to the endless sea. That's right, that spirit. Come on! ----------------------------------------------------------- I'm not good at English, so translation was difficult.

@@KONDY1121 much obliged, many thanks for making the effort to translate the lyrics! The song is more beautiful when one understands its spirit. Folk songs from your country are very touching, as its is poetry, tough its not very known and its really hard to find in the web (and what i find in libraries are very lousy translations, and no songs at all) The song of the Heike for example, is truly one of the best pieces of literature of mankind whole. I hope your art can reach the whole world. Thank you again sir
