We have set up a off grid 900 watt 12 volt system, charging a 1040 amp battery bank. I have a 6 switch circuit board that has a combination of various amps totalling 35 amps. What size fuse should I place between the battery and that board.

I see nothing special about this installation. You did your job as normal. If it was a spherical roof experiencing hugh winds, with shadows going across it all the time then that is something different. So what you had to mill a clamp, and use the stairs. Is that what you call a challenge? You need to take on bigger things if that is an example of over coming obstacles.

please help i have just installed a solar system but i want to put some circuit breakers in (1) my solar panel carries 120watts of power to a 15amp solar charger, what size of a circuit breaker would i put between solar panels & solar charger (2) I have a 2500/5000WATT inverter connected to a 12VOLT DC battery.
