Check out the Sugarbaby Super Clutch. I have two of them and they are a big upgrade over stock.... Even with the tamers I had previously. I have a Rivera Primo on another bike and dare I say the Sugarbaby Super Clutch seems to be pretty much as good.

I used the Ram Jet plastic retainer. I found that A was to loose and B was to tight. I ended up using an end mill in my milling machine to cut the B recesses deeper by a few thousands. Now it works perfect.

Good job , Glad you are back making videos. Yup I have that lurching on my 81 FXE . There a company that makes a diafram Clutch that uses stock parts except pressure plate . But open primary is needed . Cost about 250 bucks . My bike stock primary so won,t work . Food for thought .
@tommylitchfield34505 күн бұрын
I wonder... since you can help clutch drag with a lighter weight oil in the primary on a wet clutch, maybe your dry clutch would benefit from a similar mod... You can get a balloon inflator tank and keep your dry clutch flooded with helium, since it's lighter than air.... ;)

Replaced all the stock parts on my Shovel clutch including the 3 stud hub. Works fine, no problem finding neutral, shifts nice. Then again I don't have a suicide clutch or a belt drive. I use Barnett wet/dry plates and run about 7 ounces of ATF in the primary. I change the oil in the primary once a year in the winter along with a routine adjustment and it has never let me down. Belts are for pants.
