@@SaddleTrampTV That's the best way to learn. I get frustrated with the errors and dig deeper into my pockets. With the way things are now, I might have already dug as deep as I can. I might just need to deal better with my errors. LOL

Greetings from Aus. Man, thank you so much for this! Replaced the Rocker gasket on my 1980 Iron head and must have messed with the Pushrod height, as I couldnt figure out why it ran so bad after. Followed your Clip, now shes purring like she just came off the factory floor! Cheers.

If this Ford got 460 in it? then You should keep it under 55, or Your trips will be from one gas station to another, one solar panel on the roof its probably just to keep the big battery from slow drain downs, Yes Vans use to be cool, but we dont make cool Vans anymore, the so called Vans of today....I hope You will find the time to enjoy the use of the van You just got. Well sir, I got news for you. I went and beat a one 103 with a stage three and I’m on a evolution motor. It’s an electric guide and stripped it down how it’s more like a street glide and I smoked him with a stock evolution. The only thing it’s got is a digital ignition, and a little bit of fine-tuning to the carburetter I will admit I was shocked and the other guy on the 103 was just beside himself. He was pretty upset.

I'm glad I found this video I just started having the same problem with my 1998 fat boy but mine is on the front brake. I've been riding it all summer and now all of a sudden the break is not wanting to let go every now and then. And it looks like the brake pads are worn.

I have a 2000 deuce twin cams,I ordered a Mikuni 42 ,took the stock carburetor off and put the Mikuni on.This was in 2003 I just had a problem with the carburetor,i ordered the rebuild kit.And before I had the problem my bike ran great.

I statically set my points while turning my points cam to the left to fully advanced until the points open at the fully advanced position. I don’t use a timing light this way.

you just saved my ass i could not figure out where that orange ring on the black plastic gear. i took my cam cover off and it fell right out and i did not see where it came from. Thank you sir !

Debated on an evo, but ended up with an 88tc deluxe with CV carb… figured if I’m gonna get a Harley might as well get a carbureted one with some Vance exhaust..

After killing my 2nd electronic ignition in 6 months because of water; I installed points. Now I can ride in the rain, puddles, get flooded at home and my bike still runs. I can also clean up a bunch of wiring. Now I just have one wire coming out of the cone instead of three. It's time to rewire the old chopper anyway. It's getting pretty crusty.
