I'm one of your employees Camillia. I work for DoorDash, I'm a Veteran but I do DoorDash to supplement my income. Not all of your employees that work at DoorDash, work there because they have to or they're not educated. I served in Operation Iraqi Freedom and I have a college education. I work for DoorDash because my 25 year was recently diagnosed with MS and I take care of her. DoorDash was a great way for me to supplement my income and help with her hospital bills. I was on Metformin for 2yrs. I didn’t notice any difference and forgot why I was taking it, my gyno couldn’t give me a valid reason on why she prescribed it, so I stopped taking it.

We will make it through but I’m not at the point of bridging the divide yet lol

Kudos on being consistent in your workout journey. As we age we have to change WHAT we eat, eliminating sugar, snacks, pasta, white rice!. It makes a big difference. I used to be able to eat whatever I wanted and not worry about weight gain because I worked out. Now, I can work out consistently and eat healthy - fruits vegetables, no fast food, no fried food and lots of water but on occasion I cheat one or two days by eating a small bag of chips or a dessert ....all of my hard work is out the window!!! It's so frustrating!!! Good luck with your weight loss journey. I'm still trying to figure it out!!!🤦🏾‍♀️

GOALS❤ I have been on metformin for years and experienced nausea. What worked for me was taking it at night instead of the morning. It allows you to sleep through the nausea phase. Hope this helps🙏🏿

I would really suggest you research metformin. Has really bad side effects. Fasting does miracles for PCOS can completely reverse it and recalibrate hormones without the risk of medications. Start a long extended fast like 24-48 hrs fast and watch weight drop, insulin regulate, hair growth issues will even resolve. First hand experience!

The change is position is a more sr role and came with a nice increase in pay! It’s only up from here! Girl you’ve putting in the work! If medication will help go for it! Now see I’m opposite I prefer designer sunglasses more so for the quality, look and vibe. I justify as I have like 3 pair as opposed to a million cheaper pair. Also because they are pricey I’m more careful not to loose/ break them. I also don’t have the urge to continuously purchase more. Also even though they are designer I never pay full price! You have made crazy progress on narrowing down your make up collection! I’m still working with my Michaels cart! Only 4 drawer actually have makeup. However my vanity is full inside and out so I cannot give myself too much credit however, I’m still being intentional. I have gotten rid of of things, my project pan is still going strong. My empties go crazy! Still implementing my no and low buys in certain categories. I have not bought a new foundation since last December!

not a dr but i would suggest researching metformin and side effects for people of color. PCOS is hormone related , i would suggest a functional medicine dr or someone who approaches health form a more holistic view- western medicine treats symptoms not root causes.
