Would i use the same low voltage configuration using the motor for a phase converter ? My panel has start and run capacitors

Newbie question.. the shop owner who gave his compressor after he retired said his shop was 220volt and Phase B. The air compressor he gave me is a three phase and has volts 208-230/460. Does that mean 208-230 is the low voltage and 460 is high voltage? I do not have a three phase set up at home. An electrician said some of these motors can be wired differently to run as a single or three phase? He did not mention anything about a converter. Can anyone help? This is an old motor Leland Faraday

Hi, we have a similar unit. Initially, there was a leak problem but still working. When we had the leak sealed, there is no pressure build up. So we tried doing what you had shown in this video, but still no pressure buildup. Hope you can help us.

Thanks! I have a motor from an Ingersoll Rand compressor and it just said low or high voltage on the wiring diagram, but the listed voltages were 190/380//230/460. While I suspected 230 was low, your motor plate in the video actually said so.

I am trying to get a XU9M18MA230 photo-electric sensor to work with a Zelio SR2B121FU but I am unsuccessful. There is a reflector that comes with the sensor. I need the sensor to work with the Zelio so when the beam is broken a light flashes for 15 seconds. then goes off until the beam is broken again Any assistance is greatly appreciated :)

love it, good old analog control=reliability! Just built some similar timer based controls, considered using a PLC but for a model with equal proven reliability I had to spend much money on software and programming cables not to mention the PLC hardware itself!

For a by-pass cylinder machine, how is timing done since it is a hi-lo pump, does the program assume it will run at hi flow for at-least a preset period of time and then estimate the extra time needed at lo flow for extend stroke if the container is full?

there are only 3 timers,am i rigth? and 4 relays and 1 overload relay and 1 main breaker for supply....and the question is what is the operation and porpuse of relays?i think you are not the one making wiring installation of that board..next time be careful to upload some videos..so many person knows how to make and wiring motor control..
