What a beautiful resort, Just curious why there’s suddenly so many homes for sale at corkscrew? Looks so beautiful, but seems like people are trying to get out for some reason? Any updates on management? Or any other co cents? We absolutely loved this place when we visited but have a strange feeling why there’s a sudden surge of homes for sale? It’s still far less expensive to work with the big builders due to their buying power and lower labor costs but if you do want to build a custom home, you can purchase land and I can definitely refer you to a custom builder. 😊

Hi Jason! Yes the area is growing like crazy including a new Publix plaza just 1-2 miles East of here that is set to open in a couple months. They are widening Corkscrew up through Alico which will help tremendously. The only time things get backed up is during rush hour. If you are heading North you can take Alico out and there is rarely any traffic there.

Yes absolutely! There are seasonal rentals available and if you own a home to can rent it up to 3 times per year each for a minimum of 30 days. Would you like to setup a time to chat?
