Think twice before you take your kids to see this horrible dangerous place.

Why would anyone buy a caravan its just a way of the sites maximising profits, 300 quid a week , 700 in summer. Few times a year, it's cheaper that even the site pitch fees!!! Just rent one like savvy ppl you own nothing but looming disaster when buying one.

Sadly, the Techno Jump's not allowed to go in reverse anymore, as Michael who was the head of Health and Safety on park said to ride operators not to run the ride in reverse anymore because of too many riders complaining of whiplash.

To be fair don't buy cheap caravans, when you buy one check underneath you will look like a banana but works

9000 for a caravan and 3k for pitch... i paid 27k for a caravan and pay 3.8k stop moaning

Lets be honest if the directors of Fantasy Island could they would get rid of all the caravans/owners and put another rollercoaster or ride there for the public, its where the money is!

Most caravan site owners/ companies work in exactly the same way when your caravan is too old buy a new one from us or get off our site. Dictatorship still rules.

This programme only address's the tip of the ice berg. People are too afraid to speak out in case they are thrown off their plots. I don't know one person on the site i am on, who has not got at least One complaint. The industry is corrupt and needs to be regulated. The lies that are told when buying these vans is incredible. I thought i had a savy brain and thought i had asked all the right questions. I was far too naive. My only advise is do not buy one of these things. The holiday period soon wears off, then you realise the true yearly cost. You never really own the caravan, as you can not simply remove your van you have to pay thousands to remove it. Standard practise. You can not arrange your own maintenance, you must use their recommended suppliers usually owned by them. They change the rules all the time, even by me writing this i can be thrown off site. During the pandemic a loads of people were told to leave for the least of reasons, because they had people queueing up to buy a van for staycations. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE ask people on site (without anybody from the company present,) just what the site is really like knock on a lot of caravan doors to get a better picture. You would be better off just renting.

Oh well it's a caravan and James mellors has big plans for fantasy island and the holiday caravans like they ain't a rip off don't need to cry about it

Mellors are the worst group . They hired a block from the USA to run the Saudi operation and he has past bankruptcies home foreclosures criminal traffic record. He doesn’t oat child maintenance in the USA . Hurt his child badly. Mellors keeps this skank employed as a boss . Not good family values for Mellors

it's is a rip off they want you to up grade caravans so the people who you buy off get a back hander your old caravans don't get much back the site you put caravans on don't cost £3000+pa why do you think people rent them out TO PAY FOR GROUND RENT used to be cheap not now it's all a con all to make a lot money and when it floods what's happens nowt all the people who owns these sites don't even live in the uk they live in spain / portugal ect would'nt give them fresh air and i used to work all over the coast and lived in morecambe worked on nearly all the gafts around the country so know nearly all the tricks they use
