I love tiny homes, conceptually, but … the problem is finding somewhere to park one. Many communities won’t permit them and finding land is equally challenging as compared to buying a home. It’s still a mortgage at absolutely insane rates.

I enjoyed watching this, even though I'll never undertake a project anything like it. The result is beautiful, though, and I could totally live in that not-so-tiny house. Sorry about your shoulder problems!

I have to agree with what everyone else is saying positive. You are a great builder, videographer, editor, and obviously business man. I know you must be finding great satisfaction in turning out nice work and excellent videos that are being well accepted. More power to you.

Drew, the breaks aren't an issue, rather a few days to a week, than overworking the injury into something more severe. Progress is looking insane, and the rest of the build will be just as amazing. Kudos mate, you've outdone yourself with this project so far.

I absolutely love the longer videos ! Awesome content and easy to watch relaxing style. Superb filming in UHD tops it off. In these crazy times, your videos keep me sane :) I’m really enjoying this tiny home build. Fair play. Not much expense spared here but compared to real estate prices, I would say this is awesome value. Nice one

11:05 stop. STOP When you use gas tape always wind it into the thread first. It’s like twisting it into a line and fit it into the thread. After just one pass will do over.

TIP: For electrical, usually you want to label wires into the circuit box, on the wire itself. You are neat and have attention to detail with your wiring than the mess ‘professional electricians’ leave after a quick job. If or when you need to rewire the entire panel, this labelling saves you quite a bit of effort (because a lead can be disconnected from the circuit breaker and you still know where it goes).

@2:27, nails do blow through. Aka a misfire and 2 nails fire out at once. Since you are not on air, this is probably less likely. However its about practicing good nailing habits if you were to pick up an air nailer is whats at stake. Your fingers and your body though. I wouldn’t want my hand to become part of the project though.

Physical therapy is great and working out to strengthen the problem area is good but avoid chiropractors. They're, simply put, scam artists - they aren't doing anything of value to help your situation.

hope your shoulder gets better. any reason why you decided to make the electric box front and center of the house? I get it's white, and maybe you are thinking of getting a picture frame around it, but wouldn't it be easier to have it inside a closet or something?

For that shoulder pain, look into medical massage...not regular massage...I'll say up front the experience is not fun...it will feel painful at times...but god does it help along with PT.
