New sub here because you feel exactly like I do. I'm a 51 year old man from Oklahoma and found out about XG around April of this year. It was the KZbin Shooting Star reel from the First Take. It blew me away. I rabbit holed them and loved every single song and video they performed. Singing, rapping, dancing. They do it all, A1 Flawles. I've been around. I know what I'm talking about. I grew up in the 80s and through the 90s and 2000s, I've heard great music. But XG is just different. Then I caught the documentary and my respect and love for them multiplied by a million. They put in so much hard work under Simon's leadership. XG IS MY FAVORITE GROUP. THEY HAVE IT ALL. They beat out the Beatles and the Eagles who once were my favorite. XG will never fall.

Love and respect for other groups too, but I second XG being dubbed a perfect group. Checking other group's new stuff, albeit cool, look and sound saturated to me (let me repeat, "to me"). But when it comes to XG and the folks at XGALX, it's like discovering your all time favorite every time. And excuse me if my bias and cringiness comes out when saying this, but XG's sound makes me feel free. Like shackles have been taken off, or like even just getting home and setting your back/luggage down type freeing. I'm proud, even, to say that XG has been life changing for me and has helped me to keep chugging along.
