@kattt8001 this hotel was once called The Palace Resort on Isla Mujeras, of The Sun and Moon palace resort chain. It is now unfortunately permanently closed down.

Woohoo!! You're going to have so much fun! Its such a nice place. If you get a chance to drive over to Puerto Angel its also a great little fishing town. Very beautiful... But beware the Hustlers everywhere though! Trying to get you to park in their "reserved spots" for a fee or get you into their restaurant. :'D

Hey! Sorry for the late reply! WE stayed at Hotel Suites Villasol in Puerto. The rooms are ok its not all inclusive quality but the access to their property down by the ocean with the pool makes it totally worth it. www.hotelsuitesvillasol.com/

It's so much fun seeing all these people I love! What a fabulous trip - I'm so glad you could do this, and that you shared it with all of us!!!!! Katie and I jumped off a 12 foot rock in Costa Rica (maybe 10 ft., I forget). I also got my nose full of water the first time. It does look MUCH higher once you're up there! We declined the 20 ft. option.

That would be an awesome question to ask them! They do have volunteers that help them often at the sanctuary and also rescuing animals around Belize. Make sure you head to their page and give them a call or email. I'm sure they can always use more skilled people! GREAT QUESTION!

My husband would have been diving with yours. 😊 He grew near a deep river and they jumped off rocks too. I would be on the boat with you lol.

They were jumping Rays! The guide said that they often jump for fun but also to try and remove small fish that suck to their bellies? NASTY!

Mexico, Huatulco is absolutely worth checking out. With secluded resorts, secret beaches, plenty of waterfalls, coffee plantations and one of the best places in to the world to watch baby turtles hatch, you definitely won't run out of things to do here!

It's so true. We definitely don't need to have the luxury all the time and those views and small town vibes made it so magical! Yes the water was COLD Chyrl! I mean... not CANADIAN COLD but it was definitely cold for us down there because we were used to WAY warmer water everywhere else. :'D
