S is the the Top Trim ( The S came with all you see in this vehicle; in the base you could get an S package that would give you the 2 tone appearance, solar moon roof, suspension of the S and upgraded cloth, sound system . The gauge package and leather was optional but usually standard in the 929 S trim.)

My parents had a 1990 shadow never gave us issues when they sold it in 2002it had 452.000 km on it original engine five years later I seen the car I know cuz of the fishing sticker I ask the guy how many km it was at 566.000km same engine next time I seen the car was two years later same guy had it and the motor went just under 600.000 my buddy had a 91 and he had over 350.000 km on it before he sold it

I will always miss Papa and Grandma's first minivan, 1990 Caravan SE 3.0 V6, Light Blue and Wood. It had tremendous rust and 245,000 when they finally sold her...I was only 10, it was 2003 when she was sold.

That would be neat to find an abandoned RV out in the middle of the wilderness, that nobody wanted. Cool! 😎 But first, my friend and I would examine it for somebody's license and other vehicle information, including belongings inside, to find out if it really had been abandoned. If there's nothing inside the RV though, we would look up the number plate on the internet and try to contact the person who previously owned the RV. If they wanted their RV back, we would direct them to it. But if they didn't (which was why they abandoned it) my friend and I would take the RV for ourselves. The person might call us garbage pickers, but we'd be happy to have the RV. If it wasn't drivable anymore after being abandoned all that time, we would use the car that has a pulley to trail it.

That is a 1994 model as that purple color was only available that year. My Mom had almost the same car as that 3.1 liter V6, same color. Her had black interior a sunroof and both cassette and CD player. That car had some serious pep and nice growly sounding exhaust. She had it until 2008 and still says it was one of the best cars she ever had. The only problem she had with it and it appears this one has it as well - water leaking through the heater core.

This has been restored and sold at Barrett Jackson 2022 for $75 k ……..

2011 Fusion SE with the Duratec Inline 4 cylinder engine. A superb, mostly reliable vehicle. The 4 cyl is a surprising little powerhouse. Just a straight up, naturally aspirated engine, designed in partnership with Mazda. It's pretty much flawless. Additionally, the Bordeaux Reserve Metallic paintjob looks very sharp and has held up beautifully.

I have one of these vans. It's a 2006 on a Chevy Express cutaway chassis. They are wider than modern transits, sprinters or pro masters. I think 82" wide on the intereior. Wide where you need them wide, right about counter height. If you insulate the ceiling and the floor you're right about 6 feet. And that's using half inch on the ceiling and one inch on the floor of rigid foam. You lose a lot of space with that curved front, and the van is about 19 feet, 20' Bumper to bumper, but I think the interior is just under 12 feet. I took three quarter inch plywood and cut kerfs every 3" or so, and then bent the wood to contour to the ceiling. Each piece was glued overnight with urethane glue, and then I covered that with 1/4" x4 cedar. The wall panels were much easier. With 1/8 inch panels as they contour very easily. I paid $4000 for mine and I saw another lady online paid about $5300 for hers. Mine had 79,000 miles on it, whereas I think hers had 150,000. I've got a fair amount of rust on the undercarriage of mine but most of it's surface stuff. They make a pretty nice camper van, but you've gotta get creative. The 6 liter, V8 Chevy is a good engine. Check out "From $5300 to Freedom" for at least one example of a builds. Compared to what a bare bones sprinter or transit van shell will cost you they represent a pretty good value.

The concept of this video sounded so useful -- but, the execution left way too much to be desired. Too much focus on superficial differences, most of which could be seen with only a quick lookover. Far too little attention to more substantive differences and what practical differences those differences make.
