There is still so much conflicting info about this product. Is it better to be placed with precise micro bolus technique rather than retrograde linear thread ? And what is the maxomum amount you would feel best placing when using each of these techniques? I want to be fully aware of how it SHOULD be put in my face. The doctor had a fractional co2 laser done in the year 23/10/10. The doctor was inexperienced and gave me a high temperature that did not suit my skin and caused me pigmentation in the face that was brown in color, similar to a mask. I am an Arab, not very white, and I was treated with creams for 4 months. It disappeared, and when the doctor ordered me to stop using the creams, the pigmentation returned. Once again, I became worried. I went to another doctor and he advised me on PicoSure Pro from Synsure. I did 3 sessions and it was 80% lighter than it was before, but it did not go away at all. My question is, are the pigmentations that he has superficial or blind? Does the PicoSure Pro device treat only deep pigmentations or superficial ones as well? Do I? In the right direction because I have lost confidence in all doctors and what can be done with my condition from your perspective. Please help.

I heard on one podcast that the high molecular weight H A’s do not cause much inflammation but then I heard that they’re actually just broken down and turned into low molecular weight in the body, so then that theory wouldn’t be true should these be used for facial aesthetics? Are they beneficial or is it better to have micro cross-linking in a mid-level molecular weight for skin boosting?
