I love the colour and placement of the pink - that little flash at the back is really striking and will look amazing if you wear your hair up at all, and its a gorgeous pink. The white bit is still a little uneven (not surprising considering how dark the purple was - you did a great job getting it as light as you did) so maybe you could work with the remaining blue tones and dye the white bit a pastel baby blue? That should even it all up a lot and the blue should knock out any remaining traces of yellow on the roots so when it fades it should hopefully fade nice and even. Baby blue would still look amazing against the pink too.

You're hair wasn't light enough to start. That's why the fade has a greenish tent. You want to have your hair at a lvl 10 for pastels.
