Hey mate, I am going to start the journey with a Mara X as well, so I feel you. I think you want to make very small adjustments on the grinder. I beliecve they are very sensitive. Also, what temperatures are you brewing? Is your group hot enough?

The group head is super hot. The machine has its PID set to espresso settings, so the desired temperature is fine. But you are definitely right about the grinder setting, it is so sensitive!!! Thank you for the comment <3 I left a shout out for you in the next video :D

Again this morning my wife was asleep, that is why I did not talk in the first two sets. I could learn how to make subtitles on youtube, but "I don't have time for it"... which in other words means: It's not my priority.
