back in 2009. year of my first love story. i was in a relationship with a too-troubled-and-too-mature-for-me-girlfriend i broke the heart to. i remember this cold night when we stayed at her place, on the sofa, watching this show on her big expensive tv. i remember i was impressed by the jump scene at 1:40; high quality televisions and videos were at their beginnings at the time so it felt so crazy and realistic to me. audio quality was cool too. anyway i could not understand a single word of this song and all the feelings she felt. 10 years passed and i still feel a bit upset when they start singing around 1:40 and i'm sure it's not about the jump scene anymore but it's about the sweet and innocent memory of that moment on her sofa, watching this show, so far in time and space but forever connected to this song (i'm not even a big fan of this band tho lol)
