I'm showing my age but I lived through the era where this music comes from. There aren't too many songs that typify the era as much as this one does. This cover version is perfect and so very close to the original but with the advances in technology over the last 60 years the quality is much better. Great version.

Another beauty like Rosie Hamlin , a Cal-Mex. with a voice equivalent to the original. I understand Tata is a Thai-American. Wish her well and the voice of a 15 year old that placed teenage boys in a swirl. YesI I was one in the late 50s because a girl named Rosalie would sing this quietly in the back of our old 48 model school bus.
