I AM ON MOUNJARO!! I have been on it for 1 month 23 days and lost 2 stone 2 lbs. My start wt was 125 kg. Because I'm obese but not diabetic I am paying for a private prescription. And we live in our van. I'm basically following a low carb diet but I swear this drug changes your brain about food! We will go out and Chris will get food and I will have a coffee and I am totally not bothered... a first for me! I have had a little bit of heart burn but a tsp of bicarb in a glass of water does the trick. I had a bit of a headache the first week but I think my body is used to it now. I love how it has totally changed my food addiction, I'm just not bothered. I tend to only eat dinner, lots of fresh veg which I now love and some type of meat. I will snack on cheese and salad. But most days it's just dinner except the last two days before my next jab. I also treat myself to berries sometimes as they're lower in carbs than other fruit. I'm loving farmer markets 😂. I am not eligible for the surgery but from what I understand that also changes your brain as it effects your gut biome in a positive way. I have had my month of 2.5 and tomorrow I will have my fourth 5 mg. As the 5 mg is still working, I'll have another 4 weeks of 5 mg. Then we will see. So I haven't had any bad reactions at all. Thank goodness. 😊. It is making me aware of true hunger not bored hunger 😂 I can't wait to see how you get on with it! Dione 😊🎉

Thanks for your comment , yeah it’s day 3 and yes I do have a slight headache and feeling a little sick but not to much , it’s a bit like a mild travel sickness So nice to connect with someone that’s taking this drug and I’m glad it’s helping you and I’m hopeful it will help me on my journey but I know there isn’t a quick fix it’s just a helping hand . My appetite has gone but I think that’s more because of the way I’m feeling but thanks for the comment and the info it means a lot to connect with people that are on the drug and struggle with weight issues for what ever reason and diebetis and no doubt we will speak again ❤

I spent a fantastic week at Carmarthen Bay [27/7/24 - 3/8/24]. Staying in Caravan 3. We had a fantastic view from the living room window. I have just booked a week at Treco Bay for next summer and a week back af Carmarthen Bay in October 2025. A great video guys. Keep up the brilliant work

I always lose my bearings so I see what we are near the van such as the bins or the park etc I am the same when I go shopping I can never find the car I just walk round looking like a tourist. The dog must have been knackered all that walking .lolx
