There was only one legendary mix if rock music with hip/hop. It was back when Linkin Park collabed with JayZ and recorded Numb/Encore. Then I heard Macklemore’s Otherside and listened to it on repeat for months. 14 years later I still havent hear anything better than these two examples. I cant even express how much I love these songs.

I discovered this song during Covid lockdown used to walk around the neighborhood in my town. Everything was so quiet it was summer, so it was nice weather in the song with definitely put me at ease, knowing how crazy the world was during that time.

If I remember correctly this is actually the original? I remember hearing this before Ryan Lewis's name was mentioned or before Macklemore was really famous. But i believe he couldn't make money with the cover so had to remake it
