This is 0,0005% of social anxiety covered. You did not explained majority - 99,955555% - of social anxiety. You simply reiterated random default generic newspaper articles about social anxiety which were written by psychopaths in power who had money to buy their jobs in media and medical industry. @@ConsciousOptimism2 CBT is toxic anti-neurodivergent therapy. Closest to the narcissistic abuse and ought to be banned it is doing incredible psychological damage to traumatized targets of abuse.
