I dont believe it finds a parking spot unless you specifically ask it to. At least from my experience. I usually just take over FSD when I arrive at the destination then click on the screen which parking spot to take.

Yeah that works fine. But in the videos with 13, I've seen it reaching the destination and if it is a parking spot, it parks in one. At another time, it did park but in between 2 parking spots.

What year is your 3? I will be getting my 2022 in a week and want to use FSD in the future. My friend said the HW3 computer is not good for that and will never get to real autonomous.

Mine is hw4, it is 2024 model. I have friends who do have HW3, and say the FSD is okay. Now, they don't use it as much as I do, so I'm not sure though

That is something i still have to test. However, I refrain using defraded FSD if that comes up in heavy rains.

@ agreed, that is the part of self driving technology that worries me the most. Rain and snow, and things like dirt roads and roads with poorly painted lines.

It has gotten a lot better now. V13 is very very usable. You can actually feel comfortable most of the time. But again, it is still Supervised. But I do use it quite a lot.
