Thank you for this interview! Love all y'all! I feel privileged that I have had one-on-one time with all of you. There are things I have been wanting to do/try, but afraid to move forward on or have fear that they won't work out. And yet, I've done things in the past that have become successful that I had no idea what I was doing when I started! So why not do this again? Thanks for reminding me that it is worth the risk and that I already possess the courage to try new things, create value, and go for those big dreams! You are all so inspiring!

You are using words like try, typical, tend to that’s not a definite answer so what are the criteria for each split option?

This makes zero sense. If you want to borrow money for whatever reason you do not need to buy a useless whole of life policy to do so.

Any Life Insurance Sucks term or universal. Term ends and your still alive you get nothing,,,,,, universal seem like a way to be able make some money while you retire but the premium are high. ?????

This information I wish I knew 10 yrs ago. I would have borrowed to purchase a used car when I really needed it to pay back a personal loan instead of asking someone to borrow money who hounded and embarrassed me for borrowing. In 2026 I will have a policy for 10 yrs.

So well spoken. I'm taking a course on this stuff now and it all seems like a foreign language to me. But this is stuff informed people knew about before they even graduated high school. The types who had parents who filled them in on everything about business and investing. I had wonderful parents, but they pretty much expected the school system to educate us on matters like this. Life insurance is something I've avoided my whole life, until now, cause I never new how many faucets there were to it and or uses. I so regret not knowing this stuff 30 years ago, no telling how different my fortune would be today. I'm Gen X, and sadly just had to casual of an approach to my future when younger, I just always thought just saving money up year after year would be the answer, how dumb I was, always living 'in the day', instead of in the future. never accepting the fact that one day I'd grow old or older, and that I'd always be fit to do blue collar work. Oh well, I really don't need much to live...a used RV and the back woods, or even a tent, I suppose if need be. Just saying though, what really separates the haves from the have nots is really simply knowledge.

you started with a confusing intro. The idea that you lose control of your money is not true. when you invest your money it is first put into a registered account, which means the government has record of it. if you use an insurance policy to put your money into, which doesn't even make sense, your investments are not tax protected.

A specific example from an analysis comparing a whole life policy to a Vanguard 500 Index Fund (VOO) shows that the ETF investment produced 17.7% more cash than the whole life policy over an eight-year period. Even after accounting for capital gains taxes, the ETF investment still yielded 13.4% more cash. Yet, the benefits of tax-sheltered growth, guaranteed returns, and the ability to borrow against the policy without killing the compounding curve of savings can outweigh infinite banking cons. For those who value financial autonomy, tax benefits, and guaranteed growth, IBC could be a viable strategy.

Another big concern I have is the enormous economical gap between the rich and the poor without any social welfare system that would ease prices of food, electricity, etc. to the poor class. For how long would foreigners feel safe until their villas and condos get assaulted? The political instability in Haiti which most foreigners tend to overlook raises doubts as well. I have been informed that most commercial spots in Villa Consuelo, Santo Domingo are being bought by Chinese investors. Those people are the gurus in making money and none owns condos or villas to rent in Airbnb! I’d rather rent for a short period than someday seeing the tourist industry collapsed because people are not longer safe in the island. Anyway you already invested and when buying in plans if you want to withdraw, you might lose a lot. So go ahead, try it and whenever you get a chance switch to commercial unit investments. 2 years contract + USD2,000.00 rent not bad at all! It scare when I see so many people investing into the same kind of thing

As a Dominican living overseas I would invest my money in a ready commercial unit rather than in a condo expecting income from Airbnb and competing with so many other options! A 50 mts2 commercial unit in a tourist destination would report more than USD2,000 stable monthly income because I would not depend on tourism or Airbnbs! No need to furnish! Tourism is one of the most vulnerable industries!

This is what I’m going to do. With my cash back credit cards. I’m not going to use my debit card anymore. I’m going to use my cash back credit cards and pay them off once a week. I don’t spend money I don’t have on credit cards unless it’s an emergency.

I hate banks controlling my money because when I pay for something on line they always stop me. I do not have a credit card and when I did it was always paid off early. Now I am refused a credit card so all I have is a debit card and I do not have an overdraft either so I manage my money very well like I have always done.
