You can't "cure" ALS . Treating ALS depends on what infection or infections have gotten into the brain / spine , addressing the excitoxicity and cellular stress induced mast cell issues which would reduce th2 response and induce th1 immune response which would launch an assault on the offending pathogen in the brain . Gotta clear the histamines and restore gut function and than the immune system will clear the brain infection .
