Glad you liked it! The first story goes up on Substack today, along with KZbin as they'll be releasing concurrently until 21st October when I shift over to mostly Substack.

The gratitude comes right back to you. Thank you for all, so far. I will visit the Sub Stack link you provided. Another new path, another new adventure. Tally-ho!

I’m bummed to lose so much of your wonderful work but absolutely support your decision here! KZbin has been messing with story channels so badly it’s absurd. I’ll check out substack.

All great stuff! But have you noticed that old authors write as though the planets were all in a line on the same side of the sun?
@timberwolf5631Күн бұрын
Hiya, William! Love your work! I just went and subbed up to your Substack - that was a rather interesting experience, as I had six tabs open at one point, and I'm quirky about never having more than 3 open at a time.... silly, I know. Anyways, looking forward to seeing your first upload there! Hang tight, my friend. We are still here.

Thanx for that. As an English listener I have no access to 'dollars', but I'm perfectly happy with the situation as is. Yours is one of 3 SciFi channels I regularly listen to, (the others are from Scott Miller & Tom Trussell) and I'm pleased, since I'm old, that I apparently don't have to do anything to continue with yours as before. Since I don't really want fantasy & suchlike content, preferring 'hard' SciFi, I'm happy to remain with you on KZbin, despite its faults. Best wishes for your future.

It's somewhat ironic. I listen to your channel, in part, for your excellent (human) narration, and it looks as if it was AI that stupidly demonetized you for repetitive content.
@storiesfromthesky2 күн бұрын
Yes, it is rather ironic. What's worse, is there are lots of AI narration channels out there that probably don't get demonetised!

I don't understand, why were uou demonitized
@storiesfromthesky2 күн бұрын
I'm not sure I understand totally, either. I was demonetised based on repetitive content. As the visual format of my videos is often the same, that's probably what caused it, despite the videos obviously being different.
@peterlennon11392 күн бұрын
@@storiesfromthesky there is rather a lot of repetition using compilations
@scyphe2 күн бұрын
I don't think anyone understand that. KZbin's reasoning is completely bonkers.

I'm touched by your message, thank you. The storm has well and truly blown over, now I'm preparing for the next chapter with a great frame of mind. The stories will not stop. Tomorrow I will share more information - I'm just in the process of preparing what to say to you all.

Thanks for the feedback. The graphics have been a feature of all my videos, but these ones were perhaps too flashy and distracting. I'll make sure future ones are more sedate and calming.
