I used equal parts dish soap, baby oil, water every 3 days until they all flaked off and died! Took about 2 weeks. I still do treatments once a month. Good luck!!

How does this tower work?

Currently growing 3 avocado trees and they're 7 months old since sprouting. Everything has gone well till some leafs have started to brown. I water the avocados as recommended and have used fertilizer specific to avocado and citrus plants. Soil pH is around 5.5-6.5. Any idea what is going on with the plants? And how can I prevent the browning of leaf tips?

I have this variety of avocado in my backyard for 4 years now each of them weight almost a kilo it's a common variety in Indonesia

There was an avocado variety in New Zealand called "Genesis". It was large but people confused it with Haas avocados which go dark-skinned when ripe. The Genesis did not. Sadly, the interior of the Genesis avocado was mostly seed.
