Would you even have to write 2Vx -2Vx in the kcl since there is no resistance? Or since it is in parallel does it have a resistance of 4 ohms?
@writtoninnk9 күн бұрын
No, the 2Vx-2Vx is redundant, it’s just to show the full equation when doing the node method.

there is a mistake at n1 where it says 3v1-v2=12 but should be 3v1-v2=72 this will make the equations work and give you the numbers for v1 and v2 he found

How did you get Zc at 0:56
@writtoninnk6 ай бұрын
Zc = 1/(jwC), now move the j from the denominator which then becomes -j*(1/(wC)), you then take the w from the time-varying current { w = (2*pi*10^4) }. thus 1/((2*pi*10^4)*10^(-6)) = 15.916

Why is v = 3 i ???
@beerichm57 ай бұрын
I believe that your analysis of the b to c section of the waveform needs to be revised. Your potential is at 20 volts at b so you should add the -20 volts to 20 volts resulting in 0 volts. If this is not the case, would you please explain the error in this approach.

why Ix is equal to (V1-V2)/12 ?
@inegma7835 Жыл бұрын
Note, I=V/R, thus, the voltage difference across the 12ohms resistor is (V2-V1), hence the current is l=(V2-V1)R. Also, we could write mesh equations which would yield the same result.. the voltage V is the same voltage at V1..
@bruh6267 Жыл бұрын
@@inegma7835 I mean why at node 1, he labeled the Ix as a leaving node (I assume it is leaving because he made 2 amps and 4 amps as an entering current in the node), even though it is going through V1? At node 2 it made sense because of the direction of Ix current but I dont get it at node 1.

I don't get the part where you use the right triangle and calculated that the angle must be smaller than 90
@writtoninnk2 жыл бұрын
the way I did this problem is from a point of view where the angle between the distance of 85m and 32.04m was not intuitive, thus, if you look at the triangle from the perspective of finding the angle between 85m and 32.04m, then the inverse of sin((sin(22)/32.05)*75.18) will give 61.4881 deg. if you add both angles that were listed you get 180 deg.
