These videos are good, but need better descriptions. I don’t who is the “top guards” or who is the “D1 Recruit” you frequently refer to in the title. Give me a name and jersey number. You also don’t put the names of the schools in every video. This is simple stuff that is easily fixed with minimal effort

This kid is the freakiest high school athlete I’ve seen on film Obviously elite athleticism on the hard wood, but is an absolute beast of physicality on the defensive side of football and he can dominate as a quarterback. He has every single attribute of an athlete at its highest level. The best overall athlete I’ve ever seen

My step dad forced me to learn how to shoot with my left hand. Started with the Mikan drill. Had to make 10 swishes in a row left middle and right side of rim. If I missed, had to start drill over. 😩Worked my way to free throw line & eventually the 3 point line. Hated it then, but loved him for it later on. Learning to shoot with my left, got my handle better tbh. Learning to flick my wrist and fingers in unison with my left, just naturally had my ball control and my reaction time on 1000

It's very cool to see, but shooting jump shots with your offhand is a waste of time for most. For layups, floaters, and things close to the hoop, there is value, anything else is just fun to watch.
