Messy explanation

Don't get it. You say 10 is always a hit, 0 is a miss and still with 0 on the dice you say its a hit?

Would this be printable on an FDM printer? I have the bambu labs a1 with a .2mm nozzle. Really want to get into this game but I don't want to pay for a membership if I cant print anything.

Could you please tell me what you used for your table? It looks like some kind of green rug, but it is rather convincing as grass. I would really appreciate your letting men now, thank you!

Very nice video. Thank you. In the example where the crossbowmen are pushed into the area terrain or to the other side of the obstacle, do they get a free morale check to become "unbroken" because of the terrain between them and the enemy?

Great report. Any plans for any more, Outremer maybe. I’m still on the fence about these rules and have resisted the urge to dive in both figures and rules wise. I really don’t like A5 rule books personally. I’ve seen quite a few negative comments about the layout and structure of the book too. While many of the rules look interesting and I like the level of customisation you can do with units. There are things I’m less keen on though. The ease with which you can make certain units OP, even mistakenly, is a concern. Death Star Baron Commands etc. The situation where knights over charging into a group of infantry backed up against a building which results in the infantry merely gets pushed forwards so the knights can fit against the building seems really badly designed and not well thought out. There are several other lower level issues but I suppose all rules have some. It seems to me that it would benefit from a version 2 with some changes to layout and maybe some changes to certain rules and an A4 book! Not sure if that will happen though, we’ll likely wait and see and either dive in regardless or keep looking.

Thanks for that. I should invest in this game. I already have all the figures I'd ever need as well as terrain. It would only be a matter of buying and learning the rules.

One thing, though: the Skullforge's sculpts inspired by Dune are a little smaller than Legion or definitely Scattershot scale. Would there be any problem to play this skirmish game with the figures at larger scale, given the dimensions of the playmat?

Is your commander the only one who issues orders until he dies then command moves to a lesser character?

Very nice and clear videos, one game I have been interested in. Have seen there a local tournament in November at Firestorm, Cardiff. Looking to get a ticket, looking at building a retinue but no rules yet confirmed. Would one of the Beginners retinue be a good place to start?
