Hello, Thank you for your interest in our blending machine. Speed can be varied using VFD -variable frequency drive that will be mounted in the electrical control panel. If you have an existing system and you wish to increase the speed of it, In that case you can change the motor configuration, instead of 900/1440 RPM motor, you can mount 2800 RPM motor which enables you the doubled speed compare to your existing one. with the auger principle, the capsules are not very dense right? especially with low dense powder

The machine is designed to fill various capsule sizes with varied powder bulk densities ranging from 0.45 g/cc to 1 g/cc. There are various settings to change the height of auger and speed of rotation of capsule tray in order to have desired amount of powder filling in capsules.
