In both marriages whether traditional(HMA) or marriage under special marriage act there is restriction of one year for divorce.

Sir, Good Evening!! In case Flat registration done on 10.01.2017 with builder buyer agreement. Now builder Insolvent public announcement done yesterday. if, I will not filled form CA then what's impact in future. I want to take action against builder with 250buyers already in this camp with NGO (bhrashtaachaar virodhi abhiyaan) to refund my money back with help of NGO. Thanks

First thing first, you must submit claim form if announcement was made yesterday. You may lodge criminal complaint for misappropriating funds collected from homebuyers by not utilising in project and siphoning of the same to another project or accounts

You have to check with concerned authorities for their requirements for correction of spelling in the issued document(s). However, publication in official gazette is legal requirement, but if the issuance authority takes any other mode you may try.

LOA can be applied jointly, even if one of legal heir has applied and other legal heirs will become respondents and on their NOCs LOA will be granted to the petitioner. The LOA holder has to manage and distribute the properties among the other legal heirs, he will not become owner but custodian

Yes, she could get if she files for shared household and or maintenance. The quantification of maintenance depends on the discretion of Court on the factors such as status of husband, affidavit(income and expenditure which is mandatory ) filed by both husband and wife.

When your changed name is published in official gazette then no affidavit is required. The publication in official gazette is sufficient for required purposes. However, to apply for publication you have to publish in newspaper and simple notarised affidavit is required. Once official gazette is received you can use it to change in your other documents such as passport, aadhaar, banks, ids etc.

You need to apply for name change in official gazette before department of publication in your state. Or, you can get the name change affidavit attested from SDM of your area if you want to change or correction in your documents. The publication in official gazette is more beneficial and can be used anytime anywhere.

@@viltmusic7813 will can be made on plain paper in handwritten or typed with two witnesses. But if you want it to get it registered even that does cost much. Every state have their own charges for registration plus charges of deed writer or an advocate will prepare it.

If your registration is complete then filing Claim Form is not required for you. Otherwise you can file claim only for pending works in the project.

If you have received from official email address of marriage registrar office then it is equivalent to original, in fact it is considered valid. Many departments are now providing online or soft copies like birth certificates are now being asked to be downloaded from their concerned websites. If the email says that this soft copy and you may collect the hard copy from office then you may collect it.

Even then. The important thing is intention, if seller intends to transfer rights of the property vide registered sale deed then transfer is completed. If buyer does not pay promised consideration then seller can file suit for recovery of promised consideration

Probate is not mandatory but advised to avoid any disputes. If there is no challenge to will it is not necessary. However, limitation of filling probate is 3 years from testator’s death.

सर मेरा 10 साल से चेक बानस का केश चल रहा था वो केश मे हार गया हारने की वजह ये रही की बेंक ने जो चेक के सात मेमो दिया उस मै बैंक की सील तो लगी है पर उसमे बैंक कार्मचारी के सीघ्नेच नही तो Cort ने मेरा केश खारिज कर दिया इसमे मेरी तो कोई गलती नही है ना ये तो Bank की गलती हुई ना तो क्या मे एेसे मै क्या Bank के खिलाफ कानुनी करवाई कर सकता हु Bank की इस गलती की वजह से मै 10 सालो तक कोर्ट के चकर कटता रहा मानसिक अौर शारीरक रूप से पीडित हुआ पैसो की बार्बादी हुई

If your case was dismissed solely on the ground that there is no signature on memo then you should have filed appealed in Session Court. Though memo can be proved by summoning bank officials as a witness. However, no sign on bank memo shouldn’t be fatal to chaeque bounce case. Now coming to your query of filing case for compensation/ damages against bank, that will not sustain, as it’s no where mandatory to put signature on memo not even in Negotiable Instrument Act.

Since the testator (my grandfather's grandmother) attempted to kill the beneficiary but failed, and the beneficiary subsequently dropped the police case against the testator, the testator may have felt obligated or coerced into giving the land to the beneficiary as a form of compromise or settlement.the testator said in that will is the land is belongs to the beneficiary from the date of will written and also i can register the land in any time the beneficiary want. So my father wanted to register that will deed after the both beneficiary and testator death but the witness of the will deed is alive now.what is the process to register the will.is there any consequences want to face at the registration of will.what is the process to registeration.can u please help me sir

First clear few points 1. Was the gift deed registered and the son transferred it further vide sale deed. 2. Does the donor filed any cancellation suit or application under senior citizen act during his lifetime. 3. Who are other legal heirs that wanted to challenge the transfer?
