Sounds familiar. Either change jobs or ask for a raise is my advice. All I’m saying is those that try will succeed and those that “phone it in” stay EXACTLY where they are.

@@MOTUJonezertrue I plan to move jobs soon All I’m saying is If the job doesn’t care about its employees then the Employees shouldn’t care about the Job. We had a Guy last year Lose His hand in a work related Injury and two weeks before he was going to get a Prosthetic they drug tested him (3 months after the accident) and he failed due to the medications he was on, and they cut him from the Health care leaving him with several Thousands of dallies in Medical bills and no New hand so forced to live on disability or find a job that requires only one hand

@@n7hellkite221 that is terrible. I’m not saying there isn’t bad employers. Bad there are ALOT MORE of bad employees. That deserve the cheap wage they get for the crap work they do.
