Loved you vids....even as a local, I am glad that most tourists enjoy the Singapore hawker centers. BTW, at 2:15 when you asked for more chilli.....the lady beside you was ordering 100 pieces at S$65. Aren't you glad you came a few minutes earlier ??

Bro....there are 4 sections to this hawker center...each have like 68 stalls to 88 stalls depending on how you divide the sections and/or if you count by stall numbers..... the unofficial count is 268 stalls or "over 260 stalls".... Sadly no tourist....even those staying for 14 days at the nearby boutique hotels 3 minutes walk away could even scratch the surface on Singapore Chinatown hawker center. I had a friend who easily had 10 dinners over his 3 weeks stay did not manage 30% of the stalls. Then also note if you walk 4 min south, there is the Maxwell food center, further 3 min south is the Amoy street food center. But if you walked east for 6 min, there is the Tanjong Pagar food center (Level 2, above market). If you walked west for 4 min, there is the Hong Lim food center..... So within just 7 min "walk" radius, there is literally 872 hawker stalls and probably 100 resaurants and eateries (not including highend ones in hotels etc).
