Moving to pune can be a nice move, but I'll say if you've skills try searching from your hometown and move when you find. For searching, I like linkedin the most, you can apply filter. See companies that have 5-50 people in tech teams. There you'll learn lot.

Don't get remote na? Get a job in bengaluru/pune side and move there. Put all your project/work in a proper resume template and start reaching out to CTOs on linkedin

Frontend is a far journey bro, it's not going anywhere soon. I know backend but don't share about it because this channel is more focused on frontend. Advice: always study any tech with a goal, for example if you decide a project idea and then study the tech to build it, you'll most likely learn faster and better

Bhai think of a very simple idea. Like a app which allows you to get answers from a pdf. Use banana start Karo, then jitna aata hai pehle kar lo, fir jo nahi aata google par jao, and search Karo like how to parse pdf, how to search in pdf, etc.then uske baare mein read Karo, videos mat dekhna. Articles pdhna. Slowly you'll get there
