God always reminds us of the truth. Sometimes because we forget and sometimes to inspire and motivate us to grow, like a branch, in the direction of the light. July 7, 2019, communion Sunday. Pastor Ray Bentley spoke from Matthew 7, I believe- I could be mistaken. He taught of the branch that bears fruit and the branch that does not... Pastor Bentley spoke of his own orange trees that he pruned and gardened. I remember this day vividly and fondly. July 7 is my parents wedding anniversary and the day I visited Maranatha Chapel for the first time. Praise the LORD Jesus Christ, maranatha!

Beautiful evening. While Pastor Jared read the word of God about heaven I was in tears because heaven is so real and heaven is our home. And we're going home, some of us. Jesus lives in heaven and he's calling us to him. If we choose to know him and follow him, he will take us... He takes us forward, he takes us back, he takes us in and takes us out, takes us down and he takes us up. Know Jesus, trust him and have faith, walk with Jesus. Tonight's Encounter Prayer Night was special for so many, thank God. For some time I have been locked in a gaze with our LORD, eye to eye. A child of God holding our Father's sight wanting and waiting for Jesus. Picture a son holding onto his dad by the cheek looking for that authority, safety, and direction in his sustained vision. His Spirit leads me to share this word, contemplate. Con meaning with, together or in union. Templ from the latin templum, a place of observance, like a temple, sacred and serene. Suffix ate, in possession of or functioning as- denoting action... take that as you will. But contemplate the LORD, engage the Spirit, encounter Jesus. And may the peace of God be with you!

I believe my husband has difficulty trying not to lust for an old girlfriend from 30 years ago. This is between him and God. I caught him in bed one night lusting for her I knew it the minute we went to bed that night something was off. We almost divorced I'm 71 years old competing with a 38 year old memory of a hottie, she slept around but he did not care as long as he got his turn. He wore it like a badge that she never said no. I'm trying so hard to forgive him because he broke my heart into a thousand pieces, then lied about it for a year until I said I'm not living with this lie for the rest of my life. He finally admitted it and life went on. Please please pray for him I know this women has had a hold on him for 30 years. And he wonders why I'm so insecure. He's been so loving and kind for this last year like never before. I suppose he's sorry but I do believe he still struggles with her and his sexual memories he did say the only thing she cared about was lying and sex. Apparently she had 7 men hanging on for her to say they were the one. I don't understand how a person could be that attached for 30 years. I was 30 at one time just like her, I'm 71 years old I can not compete with his memories...my heart is still so broken. Please pray for me that I can forgive him, I love him with all my ❤️
