So far I got my OCC boxes free at church. That's how I found out about it last year. This year I was waiting and they only brought them out about 2 weeks before collection so I may reuse boxes like this for 2025. What about boxes with non-attached lids? I also saw in a video that Hobby Lobby sells a red and green plastic OCC box. I like the idea of re purposing though. Then I have more funds for what goes inside. I'm book marking this. Thanks Kelly!

I really wish you wouldn't buy from companies that use child slave labor. I really like your videos, you are really encouraging and have some great ideas to share. However I had to turn this one off. Please consider not shopping with Temu and Shein.

@@robbieruland6956 Thank you for your honest feedback. I apologize that this made you uncomfortable and I will look more into Temu and its products. This is a complicated issue in our modern world and I know I’ve seen the same products on Temu also sold on Amazon, so I’m not sure how that works out exactly, but it is definitely something for all of us to consider and do our best. I also got a new pair of shoes recently...and a shoebox use for OCC. It was so good to see how to wrap it with wrapping paper. Thank you for the tip to watch your tutorial. Always learning so much from you! 😊

Ive come across the dollar tree lego last year. They're fun simple kits, and fir 1.25, a steal to be honest. Their lego people though....sure they have LOTS of variety, but honestly, poorly designed. The legs, arms, and forearms being the worst parts. The head is ok, I will say. The $3 and $5 dollar tree lego kits are totally worth their salt and then some!

Where do you find a hammock that will fit in a shoe box?

Great question! There are compact hammocks that come in small carrying cases, about 5 inches by 6 inches. I don’t usually send hammocks, but they would be a great addition if they’re on sale. Amazon has a few options. Here’s the link to one possibility: a.co/d/iNL72wX
