The gait belt is supposed to be placed higher than what you show. It’s supposed to be at the center of person’s gravity just below the chest. Correct me if I’m wrong.
@janetdeethept6259
@janetdeethept6259 Күн бұрын
it is better to have pelvic/core control with the belt vs below chest level as the belt usually slides up with use. Thus the belt below the chest ends up at breast or nipple level instead of core control.

Hi! I had herniated disc from before. Back pain mostly gone for everyday activities but would have flare up sometimes after sports activities. Which one would you recommend? And should I apply right after or the next day? Thank you so much for your insight!

Referral to visit a foot dr.? But any recommendations on what to use in the mean time- which would be better? Ive been using roll on biofreeze 4% menthol and its not doing anything
@janetdeethept6259

I would start with the biofreeze definitely. Depending on what state you live in, if it has direct access, you could see a physical therapist in the next day or so while you wait for the MD appointment.

Does drinking Tumeric helps heal the open wound faster?
@janetdeethept6259

Tumeric needs to build over time in your system in order to be "effective" and research says it takes 8 weeks of tumeric to assist wound care so its more conducive for chronic, diabetic wounds
